General Specifications
OPUS 4 updates DMX512 channels exactly at the same rate as the network media output rate. The powerful ARM processor of OPUS 4 guarantees a frame rate(fps) between 5 to 40 without any delay or frame loss.
Daisy chain connection of several OPUS or any ArtNet-DMX controller supported with 2 port ethernet switch on OPUS 4, eliminating the necessity for an external network switch. This makes the cabling within the controller cabinet easier than ever.
Indicator LEDs on OPUS 4 visualize the state of each output channel, ArtNet related activity on the network, and the status of the device. Users can observe the data flow on output channels and ArtNet related traffic on the network.
OPUS 4 supports control of 680 pixels for RGB and 512 pixels for RGBW systems.
OPUS 4 supports ArtNET 1/2/3/4 standards. Therefore, it is compatible with all ArtNET Control Software such as MADRIX 5, ENTTEC ELM, and Jinx that work in compliance with these standards.
Ethernet-based configuration tool simplifies configuration and setup of OPUS 4. The tool allows users to modify the IP address, subnet mask, and gamma correction value. Universe-output channel designation also can be done with the tool.
OPUS 4 allows synchronization between devices with ArtSynch packages. All devices work simultaneously. OPUS 4 also ensures synchronization across its output channels. The DMX data is transferred without any delay between the output channels.
